Age Limitation:

You must be 18+ to book in an appointment

 

Privacy:

  • Readings are confidential, the only time i will tell someone -  is if it becomes clear that you may cause harm to yourself or another person. 

  • I will ask your permission before posting any psychic reading updates or reviews on my Social Media / Website. The updates and reviews will also be anonymous.

When participating in a Psychic Reading:

  • All information and messages that come through during a reading is subject to your own personal interpretation.

  • By purchasing a psychic reading, you agree that the information that comes through, isn’t a substitute to legal, financial, medical or psychological advice from a professional.

  • Psychic Readings are for guidance, advice and sometimes entertainment purposes. 

  • Please note, sometimes information that is received during a reading, can be quite emotional. And can be information that you may not want to hear, or talk about. If there are any particular areas or topics you would like to exclude from your reading - please contact me before, or put a note in your booking form.

  • The higher your vibration is, and the more open-minded you are, the more specific your reading will be. 

  • The information that comes through during a psychic reading is based on your own interpretation, any actions you decide to take after a reading is your own personal choice and responsibility.

Follow-Up Questions and additional Sessions:

 I understand that after a session, you may have additional questions or seek further clarity. Because this is my full-time business, all follow-up questions and requests for new information require booking another appointment. This ensures that you receive focused attention and thorough guidance. 

 

Termination of a reading:

  • ​We both agree to maintain a respectful, positive and non - judgemental attitude during your reading. 

  • We promise and agree that we are both in a good frame of mind to participate in a Psychic Reading. 

  • And we also both agree to be in an environment at the time of your reading that has no distractions. 

  • You agree that we both need to be feeling positive and comfortable for a psychic reading to work. So I can cancel and terminate a reading at any time - if i am feeling uncomfortable, or if I feel like you will benefit from seeking further advice from another professional.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling: 

Due to the high demand for bookings each week, I will need 24 hours' notice for any cancellations and rescheduling. 

 

If you would like to cancel an appointment 24 hours before your booking, you will receive a full refund. For any cancellations or reschedules that are made in less than 24 hours, unfortunately, there will be no refunds available. And if you are wanting to reschedule, you will need to re-book.

No-Shows:

Please ensure you are ready and on time for your scheduled appointment. I will wait up to 5-10 minutes (depending on my schedule) After that, it's considered a no-show, and you will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment. If you know you will be late, please let me know in advance.

​

Booking Calendar:

  • All appointments must be booked through the online booking calendar. Once you have booked an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, to secure your spot (I accept; Card and PayPal)

  • Please note, that the times available on my website are set booking times. 

  • If you are located in a different timezone, booking times will appear in your time.

Opening Hours:

​My opening hours are between 10 AM - 6 PM Monday to Thursday, 10 AM - 4:30 PM on Friday, and 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM on Saturday. Closed on Sunday. Any messages after 6 PM will be answered the next day. 

​

Gift Cards:

  • ​Gift Cards are available for 30-minute and 1 hour readings.

  • Gift Cards can be redeemed within 3 years from the date it was purchased

  • You can redeem your Gift Card on the checkout page
