When something is truly meant for you — whether it’s a relationship, career opportunity, or life decision — it should feel uplifting, not draining. Your vibration is a key indicator of what aligns with you. If something consistently lowers your energy — causes anxiety, or triggers overthinking, it may not be the right fit, no matter how much you want it to be. It’s easy to get caught up in situations or connections that aren’t right for us. Sometimes we try to force things because they seem right in the moment. But when something is meant for you, it won’t bring unnecessary stress or confusion. It will feel natural and aligned with your energy.


Whether it’s a draining job, an unsupportive friendship, or a romantic relationship that causes doubt — if you constantly overthink or feel unsure, it can be seen as a sign that it’s not right for you. While it is important to put effort into what we want, there’s a difference between aligned action and forcing an outcome. When something is meant for you, the energy flows more easily — even with challenges. The difference is that those challenges won’t drain your energy.


It won’t require you to compromise your values or happiness either. You don’t have to settle for less than you deserve. The more you tune into your feelings, the easier it is to recognise what’s meant for you. 


Trust that the universe will guide you towards what’s best for you, and the right opportunities, people, and experiences will come at the right time. If something is meant to be, it will find a way back to you — whether in a new form or at a better time. Timing is everything, and sometimes we need to step back to let things unfold. When you stop resisting and let go of what doesn’t serve you, things begin to shift. You will naturally attract what aligns with your energy.


How to Raise Your Vibration to Attract What’s Meant for You


Raising your vibration aligns you with the people, opportunities, and experiences that resonate most with you. To start, engaging in self-care rituals that bring joy, relaxation, and a sense of fulfillment—whether it’s spending time outdoors, practicing mindfulness, journaling, or diving into hobbies you love—keeps you grounded and energetically balanced. Daily gratitude is another powerful practice to lift your energy; try listing three things you’re grateful for, even small things, to nurture a positive mindset that attracts more of what feels right for you.


The people you surround yourself with also play a big role in your vibration. Spending time with those who uplift and support you keeps your energy high, while limiting time around those who drain or bring negativity helps you stay aligned with your intentions. Moving your body with intention—through yoga, dancing, or even a simple walk outside—releases stagnant energy and elevates your mood, promoting mental clarity and emotional balance.


Incorporating affirmations, like “I am open to receiving what is meant for me,” can support a mindset of openness and trust, letting you release control and invite what truly belongs in your life. Finally, letting go of what no longer serves you—whether past disappointments, draining relationships, or self-doubt—creates space for new, aligned opportunities to come in. Practicing forgiveness and releasing attachment allows you to move forward with renewed energy, focusing on what resonates with your path.
